Clicking the edit button in My Inventory allows you to view and edit the properties and it would be good to have a permission that would allow EDITing of the properties and one that only allowed viewing without ability to edit... Using Extended Properties or viewing not details regarding that inventory item and not being able to edit them is a key part of our business and must be the same for many other companies.
