Simple products in Magento can have additional information. This used to be a feature linnworks could bring through to the order page. We used this feature for extras like giftwrap or dont giftwrap on simple products. The info came through to the order page in linnworks and in turn could be added to invoice etc. Since the recent updates this has stopped working and now only available on config products for size etc. Please bring back this valuable feature rather than take features away.
