Scenario
I try to open the Services list for (New) DHL Parcel UK, but got the following error message:
customerAccountNumber is invalid : The API consumer key/client_id is not authorised to get customerAccount
Solution
The error message indicates that the customer account is missing access to Trading Locations.
To fix the problem, go to Shipping > Integrations > Config > double-check that the Customer Account Number is correct and identical to the one provided by DHL. Usually, the Account Number should start with 'CUS-.'
Once this is confirmed, you will need to get in touch with Linnworks Technical Support and we will open a case with DHL Parcel UK to resolve the problem.
