Scenario
A customer would like to send an item back and I would like to provide them with a prepaid DHL Express return label.
Solution
DHL Express integration provides an opportunity to print a return label from the Linnworks side.
To set this up, go to Shipping > Integrations > Services > Edit the Service in question > in the newly opened window, you will find the Data Staging (Return Labels) option:
If the option is ticked, return labels are printed together with shipping labels.
