I want to enable the "No Signature Required" option for my Parcelforce account, but cannot find a way to do so in Linnworks.


According to Parcelforce documentation, the submission of the Safe Place element will act as a "No Signature Required" option:

To use the "No Signature Required" option, you would need to follow the steps below:

  1. Before you can use the Safe Place feature in Linnworks, you must first ensure that the same option is enabled within your Parcelforce account settings. If unsure, double-check with your Parcelforce Account Manager.

  2. Once you have confirmed that the Safe Place setting is active on your Parcelforce account, the next step is to add an Order Note to Linnworks Orders. Here you can find a step-by-step guide on how to add Order Notes to Orders:

    Keep in mind: you would need to add an internal Order Note in this format: DN:SL:

Once the steps above are performed, the required information will be submitted to the Parcelforce side.
