Email templates possibility to add order extended properties and product discounts on item level

Hello,
We would like to have the option to add order extended properties into the email template body and also to add the discount on item level not only on the totals.
If we have 3 products on an order it would be nice that the customer could see on what product the discount was applied on a percentage and not just the figure, like 10% instead of £10.
