Anyone have any issues with EKM working with Linnworks?

We've got five channels and three are fine - Amazon, Ebay and Shopify but both our EKM sites don't work properly. The orders either aren't downloading or the product feeds seem to get mixed up. 

Just wondering if it's a common issue with EKM
