Either an automated email template for overdue orders/the ability to set a condition for overdue orders in rules engine

With all the uncertainty lately, covid and Brexit amongst other things it would be great to be able to have the ability to automatically email any overdue orders to let them know we're running slightly late but aiming to get their order out soon. This could be accomplished by either an automated template similar to 'dispatch' template emails. 

Or, if one of the parameters in the rule engine conditions was that the received date was 'over __ days ago'. Currently the received and despatch dates can only be set as conditions for specific days i.e. if received date was 'Friday' rather than by a specified length of time.
