Unpaid Processed Direct Orders

Hello,


We find it very frustrating that linnworks allows to process unpaid direct orders. Sometimes my stuff forgets to mark an direct order as paid and processes it as unpaid.


It would be nice if linnworks either does not allow to process unpaid orders at all


or asks us users with for example a pop-up : " are you sure you want to process an unpaid order?"


or let us revise processed order. That way we could change the order to paid in case it happens again. But no options at all is frustrating. I have to cancel those orders manually and redo them
