If a buyer requests to cancel an order on eBay a user has to remember to also manually cancel this order in Linnworks. An oversight can lead to orders cancelled in eBay but still processed in Linnworks. In fact I have just done this again.
I would like to see the eBay order cancelled status reflected in Linnworks.
I second this - have also mistakenly sent out an order that was cancelled on eBay. Interestingly, Linnworks does recognise that an order has been cancelled on eBay as when cancelling it through Linnworks, it usually says something along the lines of "eBayCancellationExists" when confirming it.
