When packing on Linnworks Mobile, I scan the item out of the picking trolley but then have to click the edit screen to see what postal service and packaging group is used (This info is currently displayed on our pack list template that we currently print out).
After I exit the edit screen I then have to scan the item again for it to allow me to progress.
I wonder if there’s a way to have certain
info displayed to the packer on the initial screen rather than having to
click about the app, as this would save a lot of time? Things that the packer would need to know when packing, like packaging group, shipping type for sorting, etc.
