Instead of a shipping velocity module we have Application Store where 3rd party developers can add API shipping integrations. Here is a list of courier integrations available in Linnworks.net  https://www.linnworks.com/support/shipping-management/courier-integrations 

If you wish to use a courier that is not in the list, then I suggest you to raise a support ticket with a request to add this courier integration.
