We use Linnworks to list on various e-tail platforms and we have another larger system (SAP) that monitors our stock levels.
On a regular basis throughout the day, we export our stock levels from SAP and import into Linnworks. This ensures that stock levels are correct throughout the day.
If one of our stock imports fails, this can cause us to oversell and lead to negative reviews for having to cancel orders.
It would be beneficial if an email can be sent to a one (or more) email address' to notify of the failed import.
A manual intervention can then be actioned to resolve the issue.
