Sales Dashboards in Linnworks Mobile interface

https://mobile.linnworks.net is our ongoing project to add mobile capabilities into Linnworks (please note Linnworks Mobile at the time of writing is in very very very active development and we release changes and updates regularly without notice, very little or no documentation, unlikely that we break everything to pieces but quite possible, we will fix it pretty much straight away)

Anyhow, we have added Sales dashboards into Linnworks Mobile. Under menu > Dashboards > Sales.

The purpose of this simple dashboard is to show Sales by Channel revenue with period compare KPI (basically compare this period with previous).

Quick video showing what it is and how it works:

Have a look, let me know what you think - looking for some feedback and ideas of what data we need to surface in dashboards like this.

Great to see mobile is being taking into consideration. Dashboards are useful however just the ability to adjust the stock level easily on a mobile phone would be the first and foremost thing I would be developing, scan/type sku or barcode with easy stock level adjust which relies on input from a visual number pad and doesn't rely on the device keypad, I know there are apps which provide this functionality but these are very clunky.

The ability just to walk round any section of a warehouse and adjust a stock level quickly when you notice something amiss is a critical feature, something which .net does not cater for currently.

This exact thing is actually already in the pipeline. If I am not mistaken you are referring to Stock Count as a proper piece of functionality and its planned to be part of WMS module in Linnworks.

Without WMS module we are planning to make a simple ad-hoc barcode scan on a mobile (any scannable thing on a product or a shelf) and simply change stock level. Mobile functionality is coming along nicely and our first milestone is to get picking and despatch console to facilitate digital picking waves. Once its in production I will create a forum dedicated to Mobile specifically where we will post updates on what is coming out and we can discuss what you guys want to see implemented and how.

It is more the adhoc feature that I Personally find more useful opposed to the stock count functionality. Also the ability to adjust stock levels of various items in a list, see pic attached as example

With regards to you original posts about dashboards, one of the things which is most important is the amount of orders that are paid for and ready to process. The ability to see this as a constant over view is would be handy. So you could just refresh and see that yes this morning I have 43 orders to process.

On a separate note, any idea when this function below will be available on .net so I never have to log in desktop again, it has been talked and talked about but still not arrived.

I have created a forum specifically dedicated to Linnworks Mobile

Could you create a topic there (copy and paste) about Stock Adjustment on mobile and we can take from there. Apologies about the OCD, want to keep this forum dashboards and reporting related stuff.

I will put together quick Operational dashboard together that shows Open Orders, Ready To process, Invoice printed etc sometime next week, similar to what we have in Dashboards >  Order Dashboard. Will let you know when its in.

p.s. Reorder Low stock is coming, stay tuned for next week's Linn Focus. It will be available in My Inventory.

Thanks Fedor

Sorry to re-pen an old post but I've only just become aware of this. These simple reports are useful and I wish they were available in the normal net application.

My feedback on these dashboards is that I'd always prefer sales totals to exclude VAT. We can't keep it and we have a mix of sales- some which include VAT and some don't so these totals become a bit more of an approximation.

Is this still actively being worked on?

Yes, there is an app in Google Play Store - look for Linnworks
