Can you please tell me why I am receiving NO communication via email regarding on going issues and announcements?
I received NO information regarding the recent plan changes and instead have discovered everything via Facebook?
I have just been informed that EPOS is being dropped? Please send me the announcement so we can find out when we need to make other arrangements.
