It would be great to be able to export purchase orders to excel or CSV. Whilst the print to PDF function is useful for smaller suppliers, we have some very large POs with lots of line items, being able to export to excel makes it much easier to manipulate the data. Thanks.

This is the only thing stopping us from fully switching to net. Our suppliers quite rightly will not accept a pdf order with 500 lines of items. We need to be able to send them a csv file and the only way to export this at present is using the desktop version.

Actually you can do that. select email PO, then select PO Email template and then click next. you can see the PDF or CSV at the bottom of the email as attachment. you can download that csv and discard the email

For anyone else reading - go to the Email module,  Create a new Manual Template for Purchase Orders. Once set up, open your Purchase Order, press the Email button at the top, select your new template, one you press next it will give you a CSV and PDF. You can download directly from this page without sending any email at all
