The problem fixed. Finally we need to reinstall the desktop linnworks on all PCs

Have you tried to re-install Desktop?
You can find installation package in Linnworks.net - Settings - General settings - Desktop application.
We are unable to login linnwork via Linnworks desktop. the system said "unable to establish a connection with the database. Please check your connection and firewall settings elase contact Linnworks Support."
I am sure my internet connection is good and no firewall issue. Because I am using the linnworks desktop many many year with same internet setting without any change.
Please help to check.
