In my opinion, there should be more options to add custom tags to products and customers alike.
Tagging - repeat customers you want to please - Star customer for example.
Tagging - Suspect customers you want to monitor their order behaviour (fraud risk)
Tagging Hero Products - that are selling well, so you know to buy in more.
Tagging Products to monitor - asking staff members to notify if sold.
You would see these highlighted customers and products within open orders, giving immediate notification to review and action as necessary.
At times, Linnworks seems all backend. Adding fundamental services and option sets is all well and good - but i'd like to see some bells and whistles too. Something that might not be absolutely necessary, but very useful for the end user in my opinion.
