Ability in Notes pop-up screen to select text then Copy Paste

Hi We would really appreciate the ability to select the text then copy/paste the notes pop up screen in the processing-order order screen. We use the notes box for amazon and Ebay customers to add a personalised message that we print onto products and this implementation would dramatically speed up the process.
