Scan an order then confirm from barcode on the item or on the box the item is stored in to confirm correct items have been picked.
Too many times customers receive the incorrect item and having a functionality like this would seriously improve picking accuracy.
Returns would also be assisted if this could also be utilised in that area but this is primarily a picking feature to confirm stock is picked and sent to the correct order.
