Is it possible to have the PayPal payment details pull through to show on open and processed orders?

That info is currently used in house when pulled off from our previous software.

Yes. This is possible. You can achieve this with / without the help of a macro.

For Open Orders:

It is possible to add a Macro which will run every time a new order is downloaded within Linnworks. The macro will fire based on the conditions that will be specified by you, this will most likely be when the payment method is PayPal. The Macro should be able to add this information within the Open Order as an Order Extended Property / Internal Note.  

For Processed Orders:

If the above macro is implemented, this information should already be saved within the order and a custom order export should be able to get you this information.

Please note: If you only need an export without a macro, It is also possible to get a custom export of orders with the PayPal Transaction Details.
