Hi, you have done all this work on returns etc...my question is why do you not include a postage option for a return or resend. If you are resending something you are much more likely to send it first class, so to have the option there makes the process much smoother, as you have to go into the order in open orders and change the postage at present...a step that is easily forgotten.
