Shipstation has a very useful feature which shows you what shipping method the customer selected on the process order screen. This greatly helps with checking whether it has been mapped properly and whether the method you end up sending by is sufficient.

This data is available in Linnworks but to see it you need to go into order XML which is not very easy.
