We've just started selling on Amazon and our stock levels don't seem to be changing either
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with incorrect stock levels on Amazon.
I can see that you had a chat with one of my colleagues quite recently. It was suggested that there must be an issue on Amazon side since the submitted qty Linnworks sent out matched the actual available level.
Are you still experiencing the same issue with stock level submissions? If so, can we please have some SKU examples? I will raise a ticket for you so once you have one, please provide me with it so that I would be able to check it further.
