Unable to create a 6x4 label for Parcel2go/Parcelforce label

In order to check this further we would need to either see an example label, or an order example we could try printing from our end.
Also, are you printing the label via Linnworks.net or Desktop?

Trying to do this myself with a similar issue. Tried changing what I can - P2G integration has minimal options and the shipping template has been changed to a 6x4 size with nothing in it. Also tried putting a shipping lable in an invoice with similar results.

I am unable to create a 6x4 label for Parcel2go/Parcelforce shipping service. The label is out of scale and Linnworks will not allow me to configure the correct label size.
I am using a Zebra GX420d thermal printer.
