The only options available for finding a customer in the returns/exchanges section is order ID, Customer name, Ref number, Channel ref.
Usually, we receive returns paper work for our eBay customers with just the eBay username on.
The returns/exchanges will only allow us to search the customers 'real name' and not the eBay user name. Although I can search for a customers eBay username in processed/open orders just fine. But this is then a long winded process of finding the customer name and then inputting it into the returns/exchanges.
Can you tell me why I am unable to search for the username in the returns/exchanges section?
