I am setting up Linnworks integration for Royal Mail 48 postal service. I am manually entering the weight for each order and printing the Royal Mail label. I notice that Linnworks will not allow me to enter a weight of over 2KG for an RM48 parcel. I know that RM48 has a max weight of 2KG however I thought that was referring to the max average weight of all my parcels so I can put in a few parcels over 2KG as most of my parcels are well below 2KG so the average for all my RM48 parcels is always well below 2KG. Can anyone please clarify what is the correct procedure for entering weights for RM48 parcels in Linnworks?
