Hello!
Are you referring to Custom queries for reporting purposes? If so, you can go to Dashboards -> Query data -> select Custom option - you can paste your SQL query here.
If you are asking about scripting functionality - it is currently in a closed BETA stage for .net. If you would like to be able to add a custom macro into .net within the BETA testing - feel free to raise a ticket with such request and our development team will consider this option.

I understand there is no option for clients to actually write own scripts/macro's to run on orders etc.. if using .NET
Seems to be a major step backwards given this was possible on desktop version??

This is possible. If you need this functionality to be enabled - we can do that for you.
Right now it is still in BETA but it will be out soon.

I am new to linnworks.net and I am trying to figure out how to write a macro or order script in linnwork.net. Every tutorial or link i find is about how to do it on desktop version. Please help me out here.
