Again this morning - loading the order takes above 4 minutes, processing the order chucks up an error message 50% of the time or processes after another 4-5minutes
There were indeed some performance issues before that may have influenced the behaviour that you have described.
The issue with Linnworks.net performance has been addressed and should be permanently fixed.

An issue that has been becoming more and more frequent over the last few months with the last few weeks being particularly bad.
You click print label.......loading......50% chance it will not print
You get past that click process.....loading......80% chance it will pop up with an error message
We have tried clearing cookies, alternative computers and different users. Do not remember all this happening when the desktop version was our main processing system.
The issue continues. Workflow slows down.
Ties in nicely with the status page, which indicates that there are performance issues. Seems to be happening all to often for our liking and is starting to really threaten our ability to dispatch on time.
