Hello,
Apologies for the late reply.
Query Data reports will export all eligible SKUs however some more configuration is available for exports in Settings>Export Data.
Certain filters can be applied, for instance you could add those 95 SKUs to a category dedicated for them and then use a filter to export only that category.
You can apply the filter in the column mapping stage:
Some Query Data reports also allow category or other filters, you can take a look at the inventory related reports here: https://www.linnworks.com/support/dashboards-sales-reporting/query-data/inventory
Also for guidelines on Export Data functionality see https://www.linnworks.com/support/settings/import-and-export-data/export-data
Hope this is helpful.
Kind regards,
Danielius

Hello Katherine,
How are you filtering these 95 SKUs of the thousand that you have in Linnworks? You could use the same logic to filter these within the various exports available in Linnworks. If you're using a custom logic, you could have an extended property for each item called 'StockControl' and then assign it a default value of 'Inactive'. For the SKUs that you'd like to do a stock take, you could import them with the property value - 'Active'.
This will enable you to filter your SKUs within your custom report with the Extended Property StockControl = Active.

We are new to Linnworks, so apologies if this is an 'easy' query.
I need to do a stock take of 95 skus (I have a few thousand)...is there a way of printing off a report of the just the 95 skus and not the whole of my inventory?
Thank you
Katherine
