My apologies for the delayed response.
I had a look at the order 108740 and I can see in the audit trail that the shipping label has been printed correctly.
The timeout issue occurred because UK Mail server was unresponsive at that time. However, everything should be working fine now.

Hi There
I am getting this error at the moment on my Linnworks and do not know why was hoping someone could help me the following error is what I receive.
"Order Id: 108740, Error: Error: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding"
I get this error when I go to select "Print Label" In the open orders I was just wondering why this happening as we do not think it is us as all of our printers are setup correctly and the internet is running perfectly.
