Sorry to hear you've run into a few issues. I've double checked and it looks like the error you're getting is related to some issues with UK Mail's API.
As you've noted, we've currently identified some issues which can result in timeout errors being returned. We're currently investigating this and have reached out to UK Mail as well; we'll be posting updates on our status page as and when we have them; https://status.linnworks.com/

I seem to be getting the following error message when tryin to print my shipping labels I know we dont have great internet but is that the case or is it Linnworks side as I am struggling to finish off my orders due to this error. If anyone could let me know I know the status page is showing errors aswell but just want to be sure that it is not just me.
Following is the error message.
"Order Id: 108488, Error: Error: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:01:00. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout."
