I am aware there was an issue preventing orders from syncing but from looking at the status page it looks like this has been resolved however I am still having issues and none of our orders are coming through.

There are recent orders in the open orders screen and the sync runs without errors. Could you please confirm if you have any outstanding orders on Amazon? And if you do could you please provide us with their Amazon reference numbers so that we could look into this further. Thank you!
