Hi,
I created a new Direct order in Linnworks Desktop and set the values for the following properties.
Reference Number: <set the numeric values>
Status: Paid
Currency: GBP
SubSource: <alphabet value>
Service: <Selected one of the postal service available of Royal Mail International>
Name, Address, Town, Postcode, Phone: <Alphabet value>
Country:: <Selected from list>
After saving the order, I am trying to print the invoice with integrated label and getting this error.
ERROR: LabelError on step GetExtendedProperties for {0} 0 items. Error Listitems is empty.
I was printing the inoivces before without any problem and when my Royal Mail OBA integration was converted to website integration type, I started getting this error.
I also tried to print the invoice via website and get the following error message.
Unable to generate PDF. Inner Step: Getting matching templates, Error:Error in PrintShippingLabels. Inner step: Check dimensions: 7fb2b186-d437-4f0f-bde3-1bf2da2d99a9, Error: Sequence contains no elements
I would appreciate if the error could be resolved?
