We sell items that have a single EAN as a pack on eBay (example attached) and want to appropriately identify them as this on ebay for these benefits:
- Customers are very clear on the quantity they are receiving, reducing queries confirming quantity
- eBay are creating pages that combine listings based on the EAN, but sometimes the quantities are different - This lets eBay know the pack size we are using for the EAN
It can be done in within eBay when listing directly there (see second attachment) but we want the feature also available in Linnworks so we can do this in bulk.
