Not sure if this has been suggested before,but perhaps Linnworks could introduce some more more topic tags - like "Possible", "Rejected", "In Development" etc. The moderators / QA team could then quickly tag each suggestion without necessarily needing to reply. That would encourage users to post more feature requests as it would give a better impression of the fact that QA checks this area regularly?
