I believe your Parcel2Go integration is still not functioning.
Can you try doing the following:
Go to Shipping > Integrations > Parcel2Go > Config > On top you should see a "Reauthorize" button. Go through the process of reauthorizing.

Hi can anyone help with this
My parcel2go integration stopped working this week.
so i tried to regenerate the Authentication token, as this has worked in the past
but having the following problem when I
regenerate the Authentication token Parcel2Go through linnworks
I get the following error
“Parcel2Go error:
Services method used for testing new token resulted in error: Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.RequestResponseLog'.'PK_RequestResponseLog' in database 'parcel2go' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup. it was working last week, have tried deleting in linnworks and re-adding
Same result
contacted parcel2go
they said "it's an issue with whoever is hosting your linnworks"
Its the unpaid version, so guess that would be linnworks
Would be grateful if anyone can help
