Linnworks.net is very slow this morning

Its hardly working at all

I have also been having the problem but now it seems to be working but still everything is running very slow.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It appears that one of our servers managing Community accounts is encountering a few problems this morning. Our administrator is investigating this, and it should be resolved soon. Apologies for any inconvenience in the meantime.

The service is very very slow, time out often. takes around 30 minutes to process 1 order.

Hello,

It should be somewhat improved already, but our admin has confirmed that they will do some additional maintenance on the affected server over the weekend to ensure its performance returns to it's best.

We're doing this on the weekend to ensure that there's no further disruption, as the act of running maintenance can itself have an impact on the smooth running of the system.

In short, by Monday, you should see the system performance on the Community plan improve considerably over its current levels. Apologies for any inconvenience in the meantime.
