I spoke to Olga at Linn Academy yesterday and she showed me how to view multiple tracking numbers for split packages by opening the order and clicking on packaging split, there is then a column there for tracking numbers.
Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be working, after splitting packages and processing orders that column is still empty.
Have I set something up incorrectly or is there a problem?
