This is the second time half of my invoice templates disappear for the templates designer. First time I was told it was a bug and that it was fixed. Now it happens again. The only solution I´ve been given is "I will create a ticket on your behalf, you will be updated soon"
For all the money we pay this "support service" just doesn´t work
