Unfortunately, at the moment it's only possible to set the script up using Linnworks Desktop. If you cannot use Linnworks Desktop at all then as a workaround you could potentially use import/export routine. You could export processed orders that are 2 weeks old by filtering by process date (http://www.linnworks.com/support/settings/import-and-export-data/export-data/export-types/processed-orders-export#DateRange).
Once the file has been created then you can use open order import to create the orders again (http://www.linnworks.com/support/settings/import-and-export-data/import-data/import-types/order-import). If you set the subsource to something like "Feedback_Email" then you can set up dispatch notification email that only sends emails to that subsource so it would only send the feedback emails.
The issue with this is that all items will be processed twice and you have to manually manage the export either every day or weekly.

I am new to Linnworks and still trying to get it all set up. I would like to know if it's possible to send an email to a customer on Linnworks.net 14 days after the date it was processed which would be a feedback email. I can see a macro script the desktop version but I am on a mac so that wont work for me. I know how to create the email etc, just not sure what the syntax code should look like. Can anyone help?
