I've just added the same two skus (U4-GZ8K-SE3P & B5-49KA-4W5L) to both my ebay listings and my woocommerce store.
The ebay listing appear in Linnworks, but without the skus. However, the skus are definitely in the ebay listings.
The new woocommerce listings do not appear at all in linnworks.

but,
two SKUs -(U4-GZ8K-SE3P & B5-49KA-4W5L) dont' show proper inventory level in the Woocommercie site.
Linnworks shows them with inventory (correctly).

It looks like these items are set to Ignore sync at the moment - that can happen either if these are manually set or the system was not able to update the item in multiple consecutive syncs(more than 10 in a row). What you could do to view them -> proceed to the Mapping screen for Woocommerce -> right click on the header where it says SKU| Channel Title | Linnworks SKU -> and put a tick against the "Ignore" column(image attached) - that will add it to the mapping screen. Now once it is added you can sort the listings by it and will see all of the ones which are set to ignore on the top(unlinked listings will be ignored by default) and untick the tickbox in that column for all the needed items. With the next sync the system will try to submit the levels for these items again.
I unticked ignore for those skus, but still no satisfaction.
In woocommerce, for each sku, I can set -
Manage Stock ?
In Stock ?
Stock Qty ?
I think that I've tried every possible configuration, but what do you recommend ?

It looks like the ignore sync was still set on the items - I have just tried to remove it from my end for SKU U4-GZ8K-SE3P -> waited for the next sync and the levels are looking to be correctly submitted now for it. I have also removed the ignore option on other listings you had there. Please give it some time to sync and then check if the level is looking correct on the other items as well(B5-49KA-4W5L is one of them) - please check if the level gets updated correctly and that the ignore option is still unticked on the listings in the Mapping screen.

I can see that most of the items are submitting the levels correctly, there were 4 items which did not seem to submit the current levels though - I have forced the update for them and looks like it is going now, only 1 item is left at the moment: VT-JLCG-G76N, please check how it would look a bit later today. All other SKUs seem to submit the current level correctly. Please double check from your end and let me know if you see any SKU with incorrect level.
