I recently had to migrate to Amazon's new shipping templates. Initially, all my skus were just automatically put into the default shipping template and all my orders were coming into Linnworks with "standard" shipping which is an issue because we use different carriers based on weight.
So, I took the time to separate all 10,000+ skus into three different templates based on their weight in hopes this change would be reflected when I view the XML of my orders in Linnworks and I could then link each template code name to the correct carrier. But, it turns out all my orders still just come through with "standard" shipping. So now every day I have to go through every single Amazon order and change the shipping method manually.
Has anyone else migrated to the new shipping templates on Amazon and resolved this issue?
