When looking at the open orders screen, it would be good to have more editing options, to be able to add other custom columns, such as address, being able to make expedited BOLD so that it easier to read what orders have to be dealt with in a special manner. Being able to add an option for engraving onto items would be great. Currently i'm using the "add service" function. Which works, but isnt very user friendly.
