DHL global mail allows you to post anywhere in the world from the UK either with tracking, or without. But Linnworks does not allow you to use the far cheaper, non-tracked service.
All DHL require is a tracked label if you want to use the tracked service, or just the same label without a tracking number if you want to use the cheaper, non-tracked service. For some reason, Linnworks is not set up to allow you to print non-tracked labels from DHL. This is an essential service for anyone that wants to send out low value orders outside of the UK, and surely would be very simple for Linnworks to add to the intergration?
I spoken to our shipping team and they have confirmed that for DHL Global Mail we only currently support the tracked services
They will investigate further to see if it is possible to extend this to support the non tracked services.

DHL Global Mail integration in Linnworks.net can only produce tracked labels with a tracking number. It is not possible to print untracked labels using this integration.
However, DHL confirmed that they will accept Generic Labels that you can design yourself in Settings > Template Designer > Shipping Labels. Please see the following documentation:
Generic label will be printed if service is not added to any courier integration.
DHL global mail have 2 tracking options: tracked and plus. I believe currently only plus is supported, equivalent to "Registered item" in the integration. Are there no plans to add the tracked option.
To add to this, we would like to use DHL global mail but disappointing LW not having integration sorted. Yet another issue with LW. :(

For any Express customers this integration will allow to use Letter (GMM), Letter Plus (GMR), Packet Priority (GMP), Packet Tracked (GPT) and Packet Plus (GPP) services, and for any Deutsche Post customers - the Business Mail Standard (GMM), Business Mail Priority (GMM), Business Mail Registered (GMR), Packet (GMP), Packet Priority (GMP), Packet Tracked (GPT) and Packet Plus (GPP) services.
In order to be able to use the integration in Linnworks, you will need to contact Deutsche Post and ask them to enable your account for the use of API for 3rd parties:
