Hi Gary,
This has occurred due to an outage on BT servers last Friday, which resulted in the failure of a number of Royal Mail services, including their Manifest processing service. While the original issue was resolved, the manifests that were submitted via Linnworks were stuck in a Pending status.
We have updated your latest manifest manually and you should now be able to print it from your end.
Please give it a go and let me know if you still encounter the same problem.

When I try printing Royal Mail manifests I get the error
