Stock volumes in Amazon dont match Linnworks?

Hi Folks,


I have just noticed that the stock levels in Linnworks are not updating in my Amazon account. Is it supposed to? 


Orders flow no problem and the numbers that i manually keyed in when setting up the product has been reducing as they sell but is not what i actually have. I have looked at the instructions and setup steps again and again but cant figure it out. Can anyone suggest something to try out please?

Hello Nathan,



 I've checked your account and it seems that you have not selected stock update locations for Amazon.

If you'd enable the location there then Linnworks will know where to take the stock from and then send it to Amazon.

Awesome, thanks Rimo. I have tweaked that setting and will see if it updates the stock within Amazon. I assume this is the same for Ebay so i will check that one also.

Still no luck. On Ebay, 1 of 2 products is correct and on Amazon neither are correct.

Hello Nathan,



 The correct levels are sent to Amazon as there is max listed quantity set on 30. This can be configured under Settings -> Channel Integration -> Edit channel details.
