A good place to start would be our documentation covering fulfilment centres, which should work quite well for a drop-ship process; http://www.linnworks.com/support/inventory-management-and-stock-control/inventory-settings/locations/fulfilment-centres
Essentially this would let you set your Drop-Shipper up as a location within Linnworks. This allows you to import stock levels from them, export orders to them, and import shipping confirmation (and tracking numbers, if offered) from them too. All of this is done via CSV file exchange.
With the new option to choose where orders save to, you could even set the system up to automatically export everything to them if you wish. Or use a script for more complex requirements.
