stock consumption dashboard not working

Our stock consumption dashboard is today not working on either desktop or .net. It is returning 0 for the sold figure for periods in which I know we have processed orders. A colleague with access to another account is reporting the same problem.


Recent database update happened for both accounts.

Could you please provide us with a couple of SKU examples, where you are sure you have had any sales but that is not represented on the dashboard?

Thank you for getting back to us. Yes, we have identified this problem as well.


As far as I know, a bug report has been created by my colleague who is dealing with the ticket. Currently, our developers are looking into it trying to get it work again.

Its a feature we use often and a valuable tool for us.

The fix is still in development at the moment.


It is taking longer than expected due to the fact that the query needs to be overwritten as a whole to make sure it works properly. Once this will be done it will be tested and released if the tests will show that the report is showing the correct figures.
