I have a few regular customers and when I add their orders manually into Linnworks.net the system only pulls information from the customer details database for the Shipping Address, but if the Billing Address is different, although the customer details are in the database already, it won't pull any data so it has to be entered manually.

If it is a 'Customer Details' database it can be used for both Shipping and Billing - so we will be manually selecting the correct customer details for Shipping Address and if we then tick off the 'same' box, we should be able to select Customer Details for the Billing section from the same database.
